Wanted AR Developer

We are looking for someone to develop an app to be used on an android device's camera:

1. We have an image file to use as a background.

2. When app is activated in a Android device, the image shows up as a background on the screen.

3. User will take a picture with the Android device. When user takes a picture of a person or group, the image becomes the background behind them as though the background is really there.

4. Would prefer the ability to change the image if it can be hosted or called from a web server.
