hi,

The provided android sample code of cloud recognition is not working. Please provide me a solution.It shows "service unavailable" error.

Hi, have you enabled network connection on your device ?

also, does this happen with the original sample with its original access keys, or have you changed the keys to use your own Cloud database ?

Yes the network connection was available.

First I use original key then I change it changed it to access my cloud database. For both it is giving the same error

so, the application you mention (in your link) works fine on your mobile.

However, the CloudReco sample does not work on the same mobile ?

The both application tested on same mobile in same network.

The application Pointart is working properly with the mobile but sample application is not working.
