Android OREO + Vuforia 7.1.3.1 + Unity 2018.1 = INIT ERROR

Hi there,

I created a standard Unity 2018.1 + Vuforia 7.1.3.1 Android app but when i install it on a Samsung S8 with Android 8.0 (OREO) i get an INIT ERROR from Vuforia. Installing / running on a Samsung S6 with Android 7.0 goes correctly.

Anyone has an idea what is triggering this issue? Could it be permissions that have to be set specific for Android 8.0 to use the camera for Vuforia AR?

All info / tips are welcome! Because i am searching allready for two days now ;-(
