Android Studio ImageTarget example replace images not recognized

I am using Vuforia in Android Studio. I downloaded the sample apps.

Trying to replace the sample images with my own but they are not recognized. I have downloaded the database with the new images and included the .xml in ImageTargets.java. I have uninstalled the app and repeated the steps many times but its still not working. The new images are not recognized. Any ideas?

Are you seeing any errors in LogCat related to your license or dataset? Are you seeing any messages related to target found or lost?
