animate two 3d models on one maker

Hi All, I have a requirement where I need to have two models on marker and one of the model jumps and reach the another model.Something along this line.I get it how I will get two objects on marker, may be with the help of Dominoes sample app. But how can I get the animation done...I am guessing I will have to use Unity? If not then how..?
