I've used Vuforia 6 with Unity 5.4.0f. My application works fine. However, for some devices, in this case, Vivo XShot with stock Android 4.3, they work fine but not become full screen as image I attached below. I've tested with other devices as well as Unity Player, they are all fine.
I tried to configure the rendering option in player settings but nothing solve. As well as directly scaling AR Camera object, but they are only scaled in limited area not the whole screen.
How should I do?

If you want to render full-screen on hand-held devices, then you'll need to set Eyewear Type=None in Digital Eyewear Behaviour (see ARCamera inspector window).
