Hi, i have a error pls i need help, no problem when camera is upright but when in horizontal position it gives error in visual. (i used application galaxy j7 prime, gives the same error on other devices)

Vuforia handels only recognition and tracking.
Could you please try also to use our Sample app on the phone and let me know if its reproducible? In addition please confirm us the sdk version and the other devices you tested it on.
