AR VR app in unity

hi

trying to implement project VR and AR in unity

i have seen some videos.. but when i try to fallow them I dont have some options in unity that they have some months/years ago(ex: digital eyewar or adding vuforia augmented reality )

i'm tring to use vuforia 9-6-3 and unity 2019.3.5f1

already installed vuforia9-6-3

so far i can make AR but because i dont have the options that already mentioned (images bellow) i can't make VR

pls can someone help me? does VR no longer suported using vufora??

do i need to use a oldest version of vufora or unity???

pls help me
