Are we able to publish the free version/watermarked version onto the play store? We are making something for a small art project. We don't mind the watermark being there.

Just one thing, is that 1000 installs in its lifetime or 1000 currently installed?

For example, we have an app on the market that has 190 current installs, but it has received over 1334 in its lifetime.

In order to pusblish an app to the appstore you require a paid license.
