Camera Screen Orientation

When I'm testing the Vuforia Samples in ODG R-7 Glasses, for all samples the camera is rotated by 90 degrees.

I've tried to modify the screen orientation, but it didn't worked.

Hello,

A few questions:

  • Vuforia version?
  • Native or Unity? If Unity, which version of the Editor?
  • Device name: R7-W? or R7-P?

Assuming that this is being done in Unity, be sure that you have select Optical see-through for the eyewear type.

Hello,

Thanks for the response. I suggest that you upgrade to Vuforia 6 and see if that resolves your problem.

If the problem still persists, please provide the full build number running on your glasses.

Hi,

Still happens on my device as well.

  • Native Android
  • R7-W
  • Vuforia SDK 6-0-112

Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for the info. Are you seeing this behavior with the Stereo Rendering Digital Eyewear sample app? Or are you seeing them when trying to run the other samples and converting them to Optical See-Through eyewear type?

Hi,

I saw this behavior when I rendered the video background for the stereo rendering digital eyewear sample app.

Also I see the samething with the video playback sample in the advanced sample pack.

Thanks
