Can i use Virtualbotton to change other thing more than colour

I'm not good in english.I want to ask some quaestion. Can i use Virtualbotton to change other thing more than colour? such as change 3Dobject when i press virtual button or change animation 3Dobject when i press virtual button. **I'm develop with QCAR SDK. I'm new developer (don't know anything).^^ How to add new 3d object ? I read forum about add new 3d object but i don't understand . what the step that must do to add new 3d object? :)
