cloud recognition count

Hello,

 

We found a discrepancy of recognition count (both Android and iOS), specifically for cloud recognition. Here is our test:

  1. We built and ran the sample code (both Android and iOS), and chose the "Cloud Reco" option after app started.
  2. Then we scanned an image target, when the tea pot showed up, moved the camera away from the image target, then moved the camera back to image target to rescan.
  3. We repeat the above "scan" -> "move away" -> "scan again" operation for 10 successful recognition of the same image target within one scan session.
  4. Then we checked the "Recos" count in Vuforia portal.

For Android, it showed 10

For iOS, it showed 1

Anybody know why there is such a huge difference? Is there a setting / configuration change so that for Android, it also shows as "1" instead of "10"?

Thanks for the report. The reco count on the portal is updated at regular intervals, so you may have to wait for the next reporting window for remaining reco counts to appear.

We'll take a closer look into the discrepancy.
