Drawer and toolbar disappear in the lower versions Lollipop

When testing the application on Lollipop both the drawer as toolbar are the front of the camera preview. This this not happening in versions below 5.0 Lollipop.I used the implementation of devices with the physical button to submit and close the drawer see if the menu was displayed, and is not displayed. I can click on the items normally but is not visible.Link
