Extended tracking not working

Unity: 2019.2

Vuforia: 8.6

Device: Samsung S8

I enabled the PDT and have it set for extended and limited tracking but my object still disappears when the camera is moved away.

I would like to stop tracking and anchor the object after the first (and only) target is triggered.

1. Under the VuforiaConfiguration ->Android Settings-> ARCore Requirement-> option: Optional/ Required.
