hi, i'm developing an app for my final project at the university.
I'm trying to run de app of FrameMarkers but it crashes and show the message "process com.qualcomm.QCARSamples.FrameMarkers" has stopped unexpectedly."
I'm new to programming for Android, i hope someone can help me.
Thanks in advance
By the way, i'm using NDK r8, Vuforia SDK 1.5.9, Eclipse and the phone is a Galaxy Note GT-N7000 with Android 2.3.6, N7000UBKK1 kernel 2.6.35.7-N7000UBKK2-CL705203

Be sure to run ndk-build from your FrameMarkers sample directory. See: Step 3 in Getting Started - SDK , https://ar.qualcomm.at/sdk

sorry for the delay, i checked the step 3 and re-build, but show me an error: [2012-06-22 12:24:05 - FrameMarkers] Please execute 'adb uninstall com.qualcomm.QCARSamples.FrameMarkers' in a shell.
i did it, then, i tried to build and run but the app still crashing

In Eclipse's LogCat console you can add filters to isolate the message types that you want to see. Try adding one for QCAR by clicking the plus sign, next to Saved Filters, and entering QCAR for the filter name and log tag, you can also filter by the app's PID.

i made the QCAR filter, but the LogCat's log is in blank, i tried to open the app installed on the device, then the screen turns black for a few seconds, then show me the message "com.qualcomm.QCARSamples.FrameMarkers ...."

By the way, i already built and ran the ImageTarget and BackgroundTextureAccess apps successfully, the other examples show me the same error message

Please confirm that the libQCAR and libFrameMarkers *.so files are in the armeabi folders ( /FrameMarkers/Libs/ ).
You'll also want to confirm that QCAR_SDK_ROOT is defined for this project - Go to: File > Properties > Java Build Path > check QCAR_SDK_ROOT

QCAR_SDK_ROOT was unchecked, i checked and the app works fine!!
i already checked the box in the other samples, and works fine too, thank you very much for your help and your patience.

No problem. I should have had you check that first. It's a required step that people often overlook.
