How do I use SDK Qcar with x86 option in Application.mk ?

How I build ndk with x86 option in Application.mk ? libQCAR for armabi vs armabi-v7a it pre-been in SDK, ndk-build run error with option x86 :(, where can I find libQCAR for x86? (ndk_r8).

Thanks for reply, yes I know only Arm is supported now, so this is more like a wishlist.

And and emulator with a webcam should be enough to develop, while it has a faster software turnaround, easier debugging (easy gdbserver, ftrace, ...), and can achieve a uniform setup for multiple developers.

Hi, I can confirm what ppreuss stated in the prvious message, currently Vuforia runs on ARM architecture, and also, you need to run Vuforia on the device (not on emulator).

I came to the exact same problem (no /lib/x86/libQCAR.so), I need an easy development environment, it was ideal if I could do my development with android-x86 before trying on a phone, and the arm emulators are very slow.

Any suggestions is appreciated.

Hello,

Vuforia currently only works with Arm based chipsets.
