How to Screenshoot(marker only)

How to sceenshoot marker only not the background... i new to Unity + vuforia... i was building an agumented reality project...

i'm using Unity pro 4.5.0 and Unity vuforia extension...

i cannot upload my project here... because the size was over 3GB.. its is because of the android SDK...
