Image Recognition and Object Recognition

Dear Vuforia Community,

is there a way to implement Image recognition for virtual buttons and object recognition to use it both parallel in same scene ?

I will use the virtual buttons to navigate through virtual 3d models. These 3D models are alligned to a specific object recognized physikal object.
