Image tracking

Hello, i am new into vuforia and I would like to know if this sdk suits my needs.

It may sound trivial so be gentle :)

I would like to create an application and get through vuforia the position of a (predefined) image or color while it moves using the video camera. Is vuforia suitable for my need?

Vuforia would probably suit your needs for what you call a "predefined image", but not for just a plain "color";
