Including .jar file in Java Build Path

Hey, been following your installation instructions for Windows using Eclipse. They've been very clear so far. Unfortunately, I'm stuck at the step where I'm supposed to include the .jar file in the java build path. When I right-click on my package and go to Java Build Path, I don't see it there. I have correctly (or at least I think correctly) set the QCAR environment variable in the step before and restarted Eclipse.

My build directory is identical to the one suggested in the tutorial. I'm running Windows 7.

I looked through your forums, but was unable to find a solution. Maybe there's something I missed?
