Hi, I want to know can i do interaction by using the markers.

For example: Marker A shown a globe and when marker B is capture bt the camera at the same time, the globe is rotating, then Marker C will make the globe change color.

Yes, this would be perfectly doable with Vuforia, but how to do that is just basic application logic.
