Looking for Step by Step tutorial

Hi,

I have been working with Vuforia for Unity for a while and I like it quite a lot.

But for my newest project I can't use Unity, so I am planing to move to Eclipse with this.

 

I downloaded, compiled and tested the vuforia core samples, but I can't really understand the logic of the project.

Is there a "Step by Step"-/"From scrath"-tutorial for creating Vuforia apps with Java in Eclipse or Android Studio?

I am also looking for that. Step by step Vuforia AR SDK integration in android application. Is there any proper tutorial available for Step by Step integration of Vuforia AR SDK and how to use 3D objects in SDK? If available then please share the link for that.
