First of all I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
My question is what is the supported file size for a 3d model that I can use and link to my image tracker. I have already reduced my original model whose size is 150mb to 40mb but I am still experiencing performance issues example, once the model is loaded it starts to lag when I move my phone around there's a delay and I am wondering if it is still due to the file size? I have tried other application that had no problem loading 50mb models without lag.
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Hello,
Experience tells me that the performance issues you're experiencing are likely not related to the model size, but to the performance of your device's camera and/or rendering pipeline.
Can you please share the device model that you're using for testing?
I have tested it on a Galaxy
I have tested it on a Galaxy J1 Ace and a Galaxy Mega 6.3 both had the same performance. Previously tested another model but it was only at around 5mb it was fine so I thought perhaps the file was too big.

Hello Again!
Hello Again!
Managed to find out the problem. It was a 3d model related problem and I was using too much polygon for any mobile device to comfortably render so after reducing the poly count it works like a charm.
Great to hear. Good luck!
