Publish in Google Play (Unity + Vuforia)

Hi all, after reading I big amount of related post, still not clear for me how to include the advertisement for the end user. In my case I have the opportunity for doing a job, and customer is going to pay me for doing it and I am going to publish it totally free with no ads (Only the splash Unity screen of using the cree versión) ... I am using Unity free version and the Vuforia AR plugin, with the free versión of Unity is clear until you reach 100.000 dollars... But, what about with an application based in your plugin? I don't now how to include that in the .apk (I am 99% modeler and 1% programmer), searching in the Google Play I have notice that all the people include the advertisement that some data is going to be collected by Vuforia... Indeed, the chapter number 8, in its own language, german, spanish... in the description of the app itself justo below the screenshots. I am assuming that is enough. Is that true? Anyway, good worm developing this kind of tools! Best Regards! Marcos.
