Hi, We noticed that some applications developed using your SDK don't have in-app EULAs. Are EULAs required or optional?

EULAs are required. Please refer to Section 8 in the Qualcomm SDK license agreement for more information. - Kim

Yes, a EULA is mandatory as stated in Section 8. However, so long as the requirements of Section 8 are met, you are free to present your EULA in a manner that provides the best user experience for your application. - Kim
