While working on the Samsung s7 I am fighting a focus issue. It seems that everyone is having the same problems. I have used code posted here to get the s7 to refocus after the phone is paused, but I can not get the phone to ever stay on autofocus. Vuforia says it's a Samsung issue because Vuforia just passes through to the Samsung code. So does anyone know if the issue is the Samsung Dual Pixel Autofocus? Has anyone actually fixed this problem?
Also noticed that the s7 does not auto focus during an object scan, but is able to focus by touching the screen. It also seems that the camera locks the aperture at the start of the scan.
