My phone is Samsung Galaxy Pro GT7510. Building over the Image Targets project, I had done an AR app and it gives me the desired output. When I deployed the same application in Samsung Galaxy i9003 and tested, I am getting a blank screen. Is there any issue with the camera? Can someone throw some light on how to resolve the issue? This is required to showcase to one of our customers.

Try deleting the app and reinstalling. Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
Do you see the issue on the first run of the app? If it only happens after pausing/resuming then this is probably an issue outlined in the release notes:
On certain devices, the video preview rendering and the rendering layer order may be mismatched after another application overlays the QCAR rendering window. Apps may optionally destroy the Android activity with a call to Activity.finish() in your main Activity's onPause() and may reinitialize it onResume(). This no longer happens on devices running Honeycomb or above.

Hello adanete,
Vuforia works with many models of the Samsung Galaxy S II. Can you please specify which model of the device you are using. To find this information go to Settings -> About Phone . Your specific device model will be listed there. It will be something similar to GT-I9100. Can you please tell me what exactly is happening when you run the application?
Also, please make sure your device has an active network connection when running.
