Dear Sir, 

I'v refered the java code(https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/faq/android-how-can-i-capture-ar-view) in my app.

It will cause appliction shutdown in some device(e.g. htc new one, sony z, samsung note3).

Is there any other way to take a screenshot?

I suggest to have a look at the stack tracke / error logs via adb and see why it crashes.
