Simple question regarding ImageTargets.cpp

February 23, 2012 - 11:54pm #1

I'm new to QCAR and have been playing around with it for a while. I found this https://ar.qualcomm.at/arforums/showpost.php?p=70 thread which sounded interesting so I tried to meka it work. The problem is that the application doesn't seem to update the ImageTargets.cpp-file when I make changes to it, what am I doing wrong?

After editing any of the native files (.cpp or .h files) you need to run "ndk-build" again. You can run "ndk-build -B" to force a complete rebuild.

Then, you need to refresh your Eclipse project to pick up the new .so file. Either right-click in the Package Explorer and choose Refresh, or Clean and Build your project.

(Sidenote)
I have built the project using Cygwin but it does not compile the c++ files when I do it again. Is there some file in the project that has to be removed to be able to run the ndk-build again?
