Smart TV

Hey guys,

This may be a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway, because maybe I'm wrong. Would Vuforia work on a Android OS Smart TV? This particular TV has a built in camera and is running an Android OS version 4.0. Its CPU is a AMLOGIC 8726M3 ARM Cortex-A9 1GHz + Mali-400 3D GPU, if that makes any difference (I guess it does).

Thanks Alessandro, I'll try to get one for testing, and will share my experience here.

we have not direct experience with it, but based on the specs it should work.

The only possible issue I can think of is the network connection (if it does not have one, then your App will not be able to retrieve an optimized device profile for your TV; this might result in slightly reduced performance).

If you manage to get one such TV and to give a try to it, you are invited to share your experience on the forum, as it could be interesting for other users as well.
