Take data from server

Hi

 

Can someone please tell me if it's possible to take information from a data base from an online server and show it in a view?

If it's possible,  can you tell me which data base manager i need?

I would like to know more about that too... I need to show different info from the server any time the user gets the marker with his mobile app. So if someone have any information about that Id be very pleased !!!

I made this work, you need to mount an http server, i used Apache-PHP-MySQL, tell me if you still need help, i think i can help you a little bit maybe, but i'm glad to help.

Yes absolutely, I would like to know more about this, this Apache-PHP-mySQL is exactly my configuration for http server so I'd be very thankful if you give me some start point, Im very interested in achieve that.
