Tracking works on local apk, but don;t work after publishing on

Hello,

I have weird problem and really need urgent solution. 

Got an AR app and when I build apk and test on phone and tablet all works fine, target image is detected and all shown properly.

But after I split into APK and OBB and publish everything on store, tracking is not working any more.

It simply don't start showing AR.

Any ideas what cuoo dbe the issue plasE?

We are having the same problem. Everything works fine when building an apk localy (without splitting). As soon as we upload the app in the store (and use split application binary), our AR Scene starts, but doesn't detect the markers. So you can see the camera is working, but no markers are recognized.  

I have even tried to work with an ObbExtractor.cs script in a first scene. In the editor it seems to work, but again in the AppStore (Android) the AR Scene does not recognize any of the markers... Apple is working fine and is also already released in the Store. Android is also released in the store, but is not working, so as you can image, we are stressing out... and need to fix this asap

We are using Unity 2019.1.5f1 and Vuforia 8.3.8

Im kinda struggling with this as well, as far as I have understood it, you have to somehow script and say where the resource (streamingAssets) should be so vuforia can find them. not really sure how though haha

I'm having exactly the same problem. Did you ever find a solution?

Or can anyone else help?

 

- no errors reported (I've added the DefaultInitializationErrorHandler script)

- camera works fine, just no target recognised.

can anyone please help me with this?

my wholeprojct and couple newones are on hold due to this issue.

again, when i build single apk and test everythng works fine, traking picksup right away.

but when I build split binary apk and obb and publish on google store, tracking is not sworking any more.

any idea please? urgent help needed :(
