Unable to scan Image Marker

Greeting,

I using Vuforia 6.2.10 and Unity 5.6.0f 3 for my development.

At Unity Editor, I able to scan my image marker properly, but when complied into my phone (Samsung s7 edge). It unable to scan my image marker anymore.

(The camera works fine). Can anyone here facing this kind of problem or any suggestion how to solve this?

Could you make sure your datasets are loaded and activated in the Vuforia Configuration? If they are, can you confirm whether or not you see this issue when you deploy the sample project to that device?
