UnityPlayerActivity as Fragment

Hello

How can I change UnityPlayerActivity to Fragment and save logic initialize Vuforia?

My purpose is load Unity in background from Android native app then user start Unity in app can work with it without loading.

Unity 2017.2.3

Vuforia 6.5.25
