VideoPlayback Sample, Only audio is working

Hello,

I have a problem in integrating the Video playback sample with the cloud recognition, when rendering a video only the audio works, and no image. When an image is recognized I log the metadata stored with the corresponding image, the play image is not visible but when I click only audio plays, and when I click again the audio stops.

I don't know what is the problem, any help?
