Good day,
Please tell me if the latest version of Vuforia and Unity 4.1.5 COMPATIBLE/supported on Android Jellybean 4.1?
I mean, will I have problems with the Vuforia sdk, Qcar sdk and other components of Unity if I mounted it on Android Jellybean platform?
Beacause I think ICS is the main platform of Vuforia development, please help me
I don't need an expert advise just an honeest answer based on your experience in Vuforia development.

Android Jellybean is fully supported (like any platforms above Android 2.2), also with latest Unity version.

Could vuforia scan Image targets such that are dark (refer to the attached image file)

It' hard to tell from the image you attached, because you took a picture using a flash light (I see a lot of reflection in the image).
Anyway, you can probably answer your question with a simple experiment, i.e. using our UserDefinedTargets sample;
