Vuforia Cloud Recognition not working

Hi all

   Am using Vuforia cloud recognition now its not working on my Samsung Note 5,Note 4 , my AR app didnt recognize the image targets,but the same app works on Samsung Galaxy ON7, Moto G5 ,if anyone knows the solution for this please say the way to figure it out

Which version of Vuforia are you using? Are you using Unity? Are there any errors in the logs? Can you reproduce this in the samples?

Hi,
I am working with Vuforia Cloud recognition using Unity 2017.3.0p4 Vuforia 7.0.47. I am having issues of Black screen on my iOS 11.3 build with Xcode 9.4. Also tried with Unity 2018.1.4f1 with Vuforia 7.1.43 but cloud recognition not working any more.

Hello,

I tried recreating Cloud Reco not working on Unity 2018.1.4f1 (Vuforia 7.1.34) with the 7.1.34 Books sample app and could not replicate the problem.
