Vuforia Image Target Works on Unity editing mode but not in .apk

So I'm developing a project using image target. The problem is that when I run on unity editor mode it works fine, but when I build an Android .apk the app open but the image tracking is not working. I'm using a development key, I don't know if that if that is an issue. I can't find an answer, all the configuration is just like the Vuforia sample.

Always print the image that was uploaded to the portal to the exact same aspect ratio. Any stretching or altering of the image will cause it not to be detected. Some printers default to "stretch to fit", which can change the aspect ratio.
