Vuforia LG Prada 3.0

Hello, I'm having an issue with an Android device: the LG Prada 3.0 running Android 2.3.7 - Model number: LG-P940 When I load any of the sample apps it comes up with a black screen and the camera doesn't start. It looks like QCAR is initializing and has acquired the camera. Was there an internet connection available to the device when you'd run the app? - if not, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app w/ a connection available. The SDK will download a profile for the device.

We've made a change on our server, please connect the device to the internet and try again. Let us know if this resolves the issue, thanks! - Kim

Yes there was Wifi on it and it works if you browse using the browser app. The CPU is a Cortex-A9 so implements arm v7 and VFPv3. Any other info that may help?

Have you had a chance to try this since we updated the server? If it still isn't working I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Let us know how it goes! - Kim

Yes I tried it again and it still was coming up with the black screen. First I tried to clear the data and load it. Then uninstalled then reinstalled. Both didn't work. I'm getting hold of a different device of the same make just to make sure the problem isn't local to that device.
