vuforia sample error

Hi all,

I am sanjiv, as I m new for the whole ar and android, I may have some silly doubts but I am in trouble. The vuforia sample what I have downloaded doesn't have gen folder in it. How should I generate or add it, to run the sample. Plz help me.

Also, in addition to consulting the Getting started guide as Nalin suggested,

be aware that the "gen" folder is generated automatically by Eclipse once the compiling is successful (and this is just Android specific, nothing special about Vuforia).
