Try deleting the app and reinstalling. Try it once while connected to the internet, and again in airplane mode. Do either of those work?

Is it crashing or freezing on the splash screen? We've seen an issue with development builds in Unity occasionally freezing on ICS devices. Are you creating a development build?

if you're seeing a freeze trying changing the bundle id.

I've tried all you said, but nothing had worked.

So, I have try the Camera to take a picture, and it seems that is the cam which is out of order... So it's not a Vuforia problem (which is a wonderfull tool !), but a hardware problem)

I suggest rebooting the device (if you haven't already). That can sometimes fix a stubborn camera.

Kim you should look at stubborn camera as potencial bug.
On Motorola Xoom AR apps based on QCAR block camera very offen. 1-2% of launches... Android 3.x.x

We're testing ASUS with Android 4 and camera stubborn after launching app also sometimes appear but only 3 times (we test it 4 days)

Sony Ericcson XPERIA - we also while testing apps have Camera stubborn (but we have test it on QCAR 1.0 not with VUFORIA 1.5.x )

Can you specify exact model number (you can find this in your device Settings)

and Android OS version installed on the device ?

Could you also make this test:

- uninstall app completly

- disable internet connection

- reinstall app

- run app once

- stop app (without uninstalling, simply stop it)

- run app again (repeat 2 or 3 times)

Do you see same behaviour ?

- then enable internet connection

- run app again

What do you observe ?

Android version : 4.1.2

in all condition i have test the application.

it's getting crash in all the condition.

Bet when i make inetrnet disable and enable then application works great.

please help me what i need to fix.

have you verified you get the crash (or other malfunctioning) with one of the Vuforia samples ?

at the moment our team does not seem to find any issue with this device,

so it would be important that you can make a test with one of the Vuforia public samples (for instance using the Image Targets sample), so that we can reproduce the issue.
