Wrong Screen Resolution after Compiling with Unity

November 12, 2013 - 10:21am #1

Hi, I am using a Nexus S and the Sample "IMAGE TARGETS" does not work properly.

The Resolution on Screen is much too small and barely uses 50% of the screen area.

In addition the rendered object that should be tracked on the image is wrongly positioned. - It seems that the object is correctly possitioned, but the resolution issue displaced the object.

A picture with a screenshot of the scene is attached. The green object represents the model we would like to show on the picture.

Help on this topic would be very much apprieciated

This is because you are using Unity 4.3, which is not supported in Vuforia 2.6.

https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/news-and-announcements/unity-43-incompatible-vuforia-unity-extension-267

The next version of Vuforia will solve the issue in the very near future. For the time being, you should use Unity 4.1.5 or 4.2.2.
