Area Target limited 10 targets in my account

When I use the vuforia area target creator app , I find that my account's area targets limit is 10.

Why is there this limitation? I installed the app on iPhone 12 Pro with Lidar.

Is this a limitation of my account, or a limitation of my device, or a limitation of vuforia engine?
