Creator App on Ipad pro 2021(3rd generation)

Hey there,

I found a problem when use the generator app on ipad pro 2021(3rd generation). The scan quality seems to be not better or even worse than on ipad pro 2020(2nd generation). (The uploaded screenshots of my scan test may help me better illustrate the issue.) Thus, the stability of augmentation in HoloLens also decreased.

Was the version conflict between the generator app and ipad that caused the lower scan quality? Do you have any suggestions? Much appreciate if anyone can help me!

Hey there,

 

Yeah, I would recommend that. I heard that Apple has made tweaks and changes in different OS updates and that could be the issue.

Please update and see if the quality improved. Also it would still be good to hear what iPadOS version the other iPad is on.
