I have scanned a room and imported the unity custom package and selected the correct database/area target, however the model is not visible to me . Any tips?

Could you please confirm the folllwing?
1. How did you scann the target?
2. How did you generage the dataset? ATC app for Ipad or Matterport/ATG?
3. Please confirm which version did you use for the tool generating the dataset.
