Mapping Area Target to match real world

Hi, I am trying to use the navmesh in my area target space. So far, I got it to work in simulation pretty easily. Now, when I test on my android phone, it doesnt seem to be placing my preview model correctly. Do I need to set the Preview Model as a child of the Area Target as well as all the others navmesh agent component and destination game objects?

Also, instead of showing the outline of the tracked area, it is showing the mesh in black completely overlaying on top of the real world. I cant see anything. Any idea how to solve this?
