I am trying to generate the area target unity package for my matterport scan but unfortunately I ran into the following error.

Download of Matterport(TM) Space "iGJGhqC3LUR" (MatterPak(TM) download): Received an invalid response from the Matterport(TM) portal. Please run this tool again.

I've made sure that i entered the correct Token Secret and Token ID from the Matterport portal, as well as the my scanned space ID (11-digit ID).

Any idea what could have gone wrong here?

We got several reports of this issue and we are looking into this with Matterport.

Hello,

The error message you've provided is one that may be related to your Matterport account's ability to download Matterpaks. Please note that Matterport requires a paid subscription, and charges per Matterpak downloaded.

A quick check is to log into your account at my.matterport.com and go to your space. If you're unable to download the space's Matterpak via your browser (due to issues mentioned above), then the Area Target generator will also not be able download the Matterpak for creating a device database.

We'll look to improve Area Target Generator messaging so that it less ambiguous to failures related to Matterport account status.
