Storage error

Hi,

we are having trouble generating an area target from a E57 file. (Storage error, see attached image)

We ran the tool on several windows machines and a mac with ATG 9.8.5. The capacity of the target drive was more than 100GB in all of these cases. We double checked the write access and ran the tool as administrator.

The size of the file we were trying to convert is 200MB.

Strange behaviour, could you please help me with the below information?

1. ATG version

2. From which device(NaVi, Leica) is the scan?

3. The scan when exported from the device is 200mb?

Hi,

1. ATG Version is 9.8.5

2. We tried scans from different devices, (some publicly available) this specific one was from a FARO device.

3. When exported from the device, the scan is around 50MB. As E57, it's 290MB.
