Disable "scanner", "feature points" UI elements?

I'm converting an existing app that has its own UI to indicate scanning - is it possible to disable the line and points produced by the TargetFinder, while preserving the rest of the functionality?

Better yet would be a callback that allowed the app to take care of drawing the feature points.

Well, OK....can you please forward a request for that ability?

We have two concerns - it clashes visually with the rest of our UI (we have an overlay), and since we're less explicit in our UI about the switching between searching and tracking than your example code, this thing appearing and disappearing is pretty jarring.

Our app is designed to be used in an environment with dozens of targets in close proximity to each other.

That's correct, the scanline and feature point colors can be customized. These features can't be disabled.

I'm using the Android native SDK, version 2.0.18.

The "VisualSearch" example shows the scanner and points.  It appears I can set the color of each, but not disable them entirely.

Let me check on this - which version of the Cloud Reco sample are you working with?
