I have a target uploaded a week or so ago that was "success" with a tracking rating of 4, which is now showing a status of "failed". As far as I know, nothing has been done to this target recently. Curiously, it is still recognized as a valid target and tracks nicely.
GET /targets/d907cdd0f90f4569aa90b41fbce00762 {"result_code"=>"Success", "transaction_id"=>"ae515df5673c495f942da61852c1c437", "target_record"=>{"target_id"=>"d907cdd0f90f4569aa90b41fbce00762", "active_flag"=>true, "name"=>"REDACTED", "width"=>190.0, "tracking_rating"=>4, "reco_rating"=>""}, "status"=>"failed"}
Any idea why this happened and what I can do about it?
Target status spontaneously changed to "failed"
hi, just to inform you that yesterday there was a server update between 1 and 3pm PST, so there might have been some hicups;
could you re-test your targets and see if you get normal results now, or if you still see unexpected issues ?
Target status spontaneously changed to "failed"
Hi, it turns out there was an issue with updating the targets, that was causing the tracking rating to be erroneously reset to zero.
Now the issue has been corrected; Suggestion is to delete the affected targets and upload them again to the Cloud.
